PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

We carefully monitor the production process at all stages in order to provide you with high-quality and safe products.

Our products contain only natural and fresh ingredients: selected beef, pork, lamb and turkey, fresh eggs, farm-to-table cream and cheese for pancakes and dumplings.

All ingredients that we use are thoroughly tested in our own laboratory and manufactured on the modern European equipment. Our factory is equipped with Italian lines «Dominioni», cutlet line «Stork», French pancake line «Balpe» and American dough rolling machines.

Later on, the finished goods are instantly frozen in specialized Swedish fast-freezing chambers «Frigoskandya» at temperatures down to minus 40 ° C. This technology allows to preserve all the nutritional value of food and perfect shape of the product.

At the last stage all our products are delivered into retailer shops by specialized vehicles, that maintain the required storage temperature (minus 18 ° C).
