1.General provisions

The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website and the current legislation of Ukraine.

10. Force majeure

The parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen or eliminated.

11. Offer validity period

This Public Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website and is valid indefinitely until its withdrawal by the Contractor.

12. Final provisions

All disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach agreement, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
