Cooking Instructions
Remove the dough from the outer packaging, place on a cool surface for 30-40 min (min). Defrost at room temperature until pliable. Form the products using a sharp knife or a notch so as not to crumple the edges of the dough. Place the formed products on a moistened cool baking sheet. Moisten the surface of the products with water. Heat the oven to a temperature of +220 °C…+240 °C. To give shine to the finished products, grease their surface with a beaten egg before baking. Bake the products at a temperature of +200 °C…+220 °C until a golden crust forms (small products: pies, bagels – 12-15 min (min); large: pies, strudels – 20-25 min (min)).
The dough cannot be refrozen. Use the dough immediately after defrosting.
