Frozen sweet cheese pancakes
Ingredients:
Dough (drinking water, premium wheat flour, whole milk powder, refined deodorized sunflower oil, egg powder, sugar, table salt, 9% acetic acid solution, baking powder – baking soda, ground turmeric); filling (sour milk cheese 5% fat content – 82%, sugar, drinking water, Vanillin flavoring).

Cooking instructions:
1. Without defrosting, heat the pancakes for 3-4 minutes (min) in a microwave oven at 175-350 W (W).
2. Without defrosting, put the pancakes on a baking sheet and heat them in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for 10-15 minutes.
The product cannot be re-frozen.
