Frozen dumplings "Ulyubeni" with potatoes and onions
Ingredients:
Dough (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, table salt); filling (boiled potatoes – 93.2%, fried onions – 4.9%, table salt, ground black pepper).
May contain traces of milk, egg and soy products.

Cooking instructions:
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (4-5 liters of water per 900 g, 20-25 g of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 9-11 minutes (with the lid open), stirring, until cooked. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
