Frozen cherry dumplings with custard dough
Ingredients:
Dough shell (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, table salt, refined sunflower oil); filling (quick-frozen cherries – 80%, sugar, modified corn starch, wheat fiber, maltodextrin).
May contain traces of lactose, soy and egg powder.

Cooking instructions:
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (for 400 g (g) – 2 liters (L) of water, 10 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 2 minutes (min) (with the lid open), stirring. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
