Khinkali "Georgian style" frozen

Premium wheat flour, drinking water, deboned chicken meat, deveined beef, fresh onion, lard, table salt, fresh cilantro, refined deodorized sunflower oil, egg powder, ground cumin, dried garlic, fresh basil, ground red chili pepper, dough improver, ground cumin, ground black pepper, baking enzymes.

Cooking method:
Without defrosting, pour khinkali into salted boiling water (for 800 g (g) – 4-5 l (L) of water, 20-25 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the khinkali do not stick to the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 15-20 min (min) (with the lid open), stirring. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
