Frozen Filet Dumplings
Ingredients:
Minced meat – 50% (meat raw materials – 70% (boneless chicken meat (fillet)), drinking water, onion – 8%, soy texturate, table salt, ground black pepper, flavor and aroma enhancer monosodium glutamate, spices); dough – 50% (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, table salt).
May contain traces of milk, egg and soy products.

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (4-5 liters (L) of water per 800 g (g), 20-25 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 6 – 8 minutes (with the lid open), stirring, until cooked. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
