Frozen Ukrainian dumplings
Ingredients:
Minced meat – 50% (meat raw materials – 72.6% (deboned chicken meat – 35%, deveined beef – 32.6%, lard – 5%), onion, drinking water, soy texturate, table salt, flavor and aroma enhancer monosodium glutamate, ground black pepper, dried garlic); dough – 50% (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, table salt, dough improver (contains: baking powder calcium carbonate, soy flour, enzymes: hemicellulase, lipase)).
May contain traces of egg and milk products.

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (4-5 liters (L) of water per 800 g (g), 20-25 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 9-11 minutes (with the lid open), stirring, until cooked. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
