Frozen "Signature" Dumplings with Beef and Pork
Ingredients:
Filling – 50% (meat raw materials – 91.3% (deboned beef – 53.2%, pork – 25.7%, lard – 12.4%), onions – 4.7%, wheat fiber, table salt, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, ground black pepper, sugar, natural antioxidants: rosemary extract, green tea extract); dough – 50% (premium wheat flour, drinking water).
May contain traces of dairy products, soy, and egg powder.

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (4-5 liters (L) of water per 800 g (g), 20-25 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 9-11 minutes (with the lid open), stirring, until cooked. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
