Frozen dumplings "Vernygora"
Ingredients:
Minced meat – 50% (meat raw materials – 71.2% (mechanically deboned chicken meat), fresh onion, drinking water, table salt, ground black pepper, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate); dough – 50% (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, table salt, refined deodorized sunflower oil).

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting, pour the dumplings into salted boiling water (for 600 g (g) – 4-5 l (L) of water, 20-25 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 9-11 min (with the lid open), stirring, until ready. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
