Pelmeni "Levadyki" with turkey meat, frozen
Ingredients:
Minced meat – 50% (meat raw materials – 80.2% (turkey fillet – 50%, deboned chicken meat, lard), onion, whole milk powder, table salt, ground allspice, ground nutmeg); dough – 50% (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, refined deodorized sunflower oil, table salt).
May contain traces of egg and soy products.

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (for 400 g (g) – 2 liters (L) of water, 10 g (g) of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 6-8 minutes (min) (with the lid open), stirring, until cooked. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
