Frozen dumplings "Kozak Mamai"
Ingredients:
Minced meat 50% (meat raw materials – 71.2% (boneless chicken meat), fresh onion, drinking water, table salt, ground black pepper, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate); dough 50% (high-grade wheat flour, drinking water, table salt, refined deodorized sunflower oil, dough improver). Minced meat:dough ratio – 50%:50%.
May contain traces of lactose, soy, and egg powder

Cooking Instructions
Without defrosting the dumplings, pour them into salted boiling water (4-5 liters of water per 600 g, 20-25 g of salt), mix carefully so that the dumplings do not stick to the bottom of the pan, bring to a boil, cook over low heat for 9-11 minutes (with the lid open), stirring. Serve with butter, sour cream or sauce.
Re-freezing is not allowed.
